I hope you are keeping well.
I am sorry to trouble you, but we are having problems with accessing our bank account online for many reasons. I managed to send you a message via the “chat” and can see that you have responded, but the system will not allow me to access my account because they want to send an SMS to my old business telephone number.
The problems are:
1. My e-mail address has changed to this one,
[email protected]. (The bank account shows my defunct business e-mail address (
[email protected]) – it no longer works because I have retired.)
2. We do not have mobile ‘phones. Our home telephone number is 01359 221555. (The bank account shows my defunct business telephone number (01359 221004) - it no longer works because I have retired.)
3. The code from the carte de cles personnelles did not work so I could not access our account to change the details above. Can you change them for me, please, in accordance with items 1 and 2 above?
